The Account is individual and may be used only by the person for whom it was created.

The Employer may inform Satur that the User has lost entitlement to use the benefit. In such a case, the ability to make new purchases using Employer Co-funding may be disabled.

The User may resign from using the Satur benefit by contacting their Employer. Resignation from the benefit does not affect rights and obligations arising from sales contracts concluded before its termination.

3. Prices, co-funding and payments

Product prices presented on Satur.pl are gross prices and include applicable taxes.

The Employer may finance part of the product price as part of the benefit granted to the User.

The amount of Employer Co-funding is set individually for each Employer and may be up to a maximum of 80% of the product price constituting the basis for calculating co-funding.

Before placing an Order, the User receives information about:

  • product prices
  • the amount of Employer Co-funding
  • the amount remaining to be paid by the User
  • shipping costs
  • the total amount to pay.

The User pays the part of the price not covered by Employer Co-funding using the payment methods available when placing the Order.

Available payment methods are presented each time when placing the Order.

In the event of a product return, the part of the price paid by the User is returned to the User, while the part financed by the Employer is returned to the Employer’s funds allocated to the benefit.
