2. What data do we process?
Depending on how Satur.pl is used, we may in particular process:
- first and last name
- e-mail address
- phone number
- address data provided in connection with order fulfilment
- information about the Employer within whose framework the User uses the benefit
- information about the Account and entitlement to use the benefit
- information about the granted and used Employer Co-funding
- data relating to orders and payments
- data related to product delivery
- data relating to returns, complaints and warranties
- the content of correspondence conducted with Satur
- technical data related to use of the Service, in particular IP address, device and browser information.
3. Where do we obtain data from?
Basic data needed to enable use of the benefit, i.e. first name, last name and e-mail address, may be provided to Satur by an Employer cooperating with Satur.
Other data are obtained primarily directly from the User during:
- activation and use of the Account
- placing orders
- making payments
- reporting returns and complaints
- contact with Satur.
Because some User data may come from the Employer, Satur also fulfils the information obligation concerning data obtained from another source referred to in art. 14 RODO. The UODO confirms that art. 14 applies precisely when data were not obtained directly from the data subject.
4. For what purposes do we process data?
Personal data may be processed for the purpose of:
- creating and maintaining the User Account;
- verifying entitlement to use the benefit;
- enabling use of Employer Co-funding;
- accepting and fulfilling orders;
- handling payments and settlements;
- organising product delivery;
- handling returns, complaints and warranties;
- contacting the User and handling requests;
- settling the benefit with the Employer;
- fulfilling tax, accounting and other legal obligations;
- ensuring the security of Satur.pl and preventing abuse;
- establishing, pursuing and defending against potential claims.
- conducting analytics on how Satur.pl is used via Google Analytics — after obtaining the User’s consent.
5. On what basis do we process data?
Depending on the purpose, the basis for processing data may be:
- art. 6(1)(b) RODO — where data are needed to perform a contract, maintain the Account, fulfil an order or take steps related to the service;
- art. 6(1)(c) RODO — where processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on Satur;
- art. 6(1)(f) RODO — where processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of Satur or another entity, e.g. ensuring Service security, handling and settling the benefit, or establishing and defending against claims;
- art. 6(1)(a) RODO — where processing is based on the User’s consent, in particular in connection with analytical cookies.
6. To whom may we transfer data?
Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with Satur where this is necessary to provide a given service, in particular:
- the User’s Employer — to the extent related to managing and settling the benefit
- partners fulfilling orders
- courier and logistics companies
- payment operators
- providers of IT systems, hosting and technical support
- entities involved in handling returns and complaints
- entities providing accounting, legal or advisory services
- public authorities, where the obligation to transfer data arises from law
Google Ireland Limited and entities in the Google group — in connection with use of the Google Analytics service.
Satur transfers data only to the extent required to achieve a specific purpose.
7. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
In connection with the use of services of providers such as Google, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, data transfers take place using data protection mechanisms provided for by applicable law.
8. Data available to the Employer
The Employer may have access to data related to the User’s use of the benefit, in particular data needed to:
- manage employee access to Satur
- set and control Employer Co-funding
- control the use of funds allocated to the benefit
- settlements between the Employer and Satur
The scope of information available via the company Account may include information related to orders and their value, where necessary to handle and settle the benefit.
9. How long do we store data?
We store personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing, in particular:
- data related to the Account — for the period of using Satur, and then for the period necessary to handle earlier orders, returns, complaints and claims;
- data relating to orders and payments — for the period required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations;
- data relating to returns and complaints — for the period necessary to conclude the matter and for the period of possible pursuit of or defence against claims;
- data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn or the purpose for which it was given ceases.
RODO also requires that data not be stored longer than required by the purpose of their processing.
10. User rights
In the cases provided for by RODO, the User has the right to:
- access their data
- rectify data
- erase data
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

11. Cookies
Satur.pl uses necessary cookies for the correct and secure operation of the Service and, with the User’s consent, analytical cookies used in connection with the Google Analytics service.

12. Data security
Satur applies appropriate technical and organisational measures aimed at protecting personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, destruction or disclosure.
13. Changes to the Privacy policy
The Privacy policy may be updated, in particular in the event of changes to how Satur.pl works, the tools used, or applicable law.
